Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Used products.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the product received is defective or incorrect, ZenvyPK will cover return shipping costs.
